Background
Being in a first time relationship has taught me many things. I’ve learned of this activity I think many people tend to play when it comes to the game of love: Who’s the first to text back? You never want to seem too needy but you want to text your significant other back as soon as possible. When is it the appropriate amount of time to text back? At this stage in my relationship, rarely to I feel the need to engage in such behavior of who wants who more. However, I believe Evil Patrick meme knows just how petty we can be when it comes to those text replies.

The Spend and Activity
Analysis
The Twitter spend definitely added a lot of engagement onto my meme. It’s interesting to see actual results and the tangibility of proof. It’s clear that through the promoted Tweet I was able to gain over 1,000 impressions. This must have influenced how many people saw my meme. I had another goal to get engagements on Tumblr but that did not go as planned. In order to be an influencer on Tumblr, you really have to get popular through your looks or a fandom. My Tumblr doesn’t have enough following to have made an impact. I wanted to do a meme that could sustain a long shelf life by being relatable throughout the times.
For example, I felt if I’d done something with Cambridge Analytica, it may not be relevant a year from now. However, the content of my meme is everlasting. People are always getting into little tiffs during their relationships. I’ve learned that making memes is actually really hard. There’s a lot of thought and strategy that goes into making something viral.
