President 45 has commenced his tumultuous presidential journey with an array of outlandish tweets and daunting policy initiatives. One the most problematic policy initiatives he implemented included the Muslim Ban. This Executive Order signed in January of 2017 banned foreign nations from seven predominately Muslim countries from visiting the country for 90 days, suspended entry to the country of all Syrian refugees forever, and prohibited any other refugees from coming into the country for 120 days. Twitter erupted with thousands of tweets from discouraged citizens and others who supported the order.
Trump's #MuslimBan forbids US citizens who hold dual citizenship with a banned country from entering the USA. This is fascism.

For some citizens the ban instantly made life more difficult.
Sundus Taher, an Iranian and Pakistani American Muslim, says Trump's #MuslimBan has intensified the racial profiling she experiences while traveling. Supporters of the ban reminded citizens of the horrific 9/11 attack in attempt to use fear as a justification for the Ban or described their fear of Muslim American’s inability to assimilate.

OUR country, OUR beliefs, OUR Holiday. Same thing for Europe. The difference: European countries are letting these animals in. If the muslims dont like it they can go the hell back to whatever shit hole they came from. We cannot allow America to become Europe!#SupportMuslimBan https://t.co/sRkvhMPJEW

Isn’t America supposedly a “Melting Pot,” that welcomes all?…
Fortunately, empathy outweighed hate as many recognizing that love is needed because this policy forced the country to take many steps backward for religious freedom and racial discrimination.
