Harvey Weinstein is at the center of Hollywood conversation, but not in the way he usually is. Since October, a flood of sexual assault allegations have come out against the famed producer. He since has been checked into rehab, but these women have began a conversation that Hollywood should have entertained and environment a long time ago.

It seems that for @GOP:
Donald Trump sexually assaulting women is OK#RoyMoore molesting a child is OK
Roger Ailes & Bill O'Reilly secually assaulting women? All OK.But #HarveyWeinstein is disgusting and should be hanged and the Clintons should be jailed for having known him.

People are overwhelmed by the nonresponse of officials, but a part of people also aren’t surprised considering the accusations and actions of the US president.

We are all in charge of our own bodies and disrespecting someone in that way is disgusting, the lowest of the low.

However, while most of the country is outraged, there are the few that don’t see this as wrong.

#MeToo is a movement that came from #HarveyWeinstein, that encouraged all people to talk about their experience with sexual assault. It has encouraged a sort of snowball effect, but that is in no way a bad thing nor something to joke about.
Harvey Weinstein has been incredibly influential in the film industry and learning that he abused his influence in this way is vile and disheartening.
