Frederick created the hashtag in response to Bernie Sanders claiming Clinton is unqualified to be president. Twitter users have used the hashtag to support Clinton as well as criticize her. This hashtag in particular highlights the nuance of hashtags. #HillarySoQualified can be used to highlight Clinton’s accomplishments or it can be hijacked by Clinton opponents, which is what happened with this hashtag.
