Influence:
At the start of this course I had zero followers on twitter. That gave me an easy build because anything more than zero was growth. I am ending the course with 22 followers which is a 100% increase. I am not great at math honestly and I am not quite sure how to multiply with zero but building 22 followers in just a few months was pretty impressive to me!
My Klout score went from a 28 to a 3o. Again, I don’t completely understand how klout works, but going up two points in just a few months seems like good progress.
I think if I had to redo this class and grow my network again, I would try and engage with more attainable people. There are people I could have tweeted to grow my influence, but I instead interacted with people I already knew which didn’t give me much of a chance to grow. I am happy by what I produced in followers and klout because any growth is good growth!

It's weird because #googletrends is telling me @Doritos were most relevant during the #superbowl, but they are ALWAYS relevant in my book #nhsmc pic.twitter.com/Gp6AmdODnV

I decided to include one instagram because it is actually my only instagram that received any likes. It was also my first instagram on the test account I created for class. I think that it did so well because of the hashtags! Looking back and moving forward I definitely see how powerful hashtags can be, and how much they can influence a post. The single spring break hashtag definitely made a big difference for this post.
Overall:
Looking back on this course I have definitely learned more than I would have imagined. My biggest takeaways will be the power of engaging hashtags, how important it is to tag the right people, to always engage with other accounts in order to draw engagement towards my own and so much more! I loved getting more familiar with twitter and instagram in this class and I can’t wait to use my knowledge in the real world!
