Looking past the crisis Pepsi experienced with its commercial with Kendall Jenner, these tweeters wanted to have their voices heard on the “#cokevspepsi” taste debate. I prefer Coca-Cola over Pepsi every single time, but let’s see what other people had to say.
Here are the Coca-Cola lovers:
I don't really know what the debate is, @CocaCola always wins. #CokeVsPepsi https://t.co/EomZ2OoP8N

The two companies have always been rivals, creating even the same versions of other beverages such as Sprite and Sierra Mist, Powerade and Gatorade and even Surge and Mountain Dew. I still remember where I was when I found out Gatorade was owned by Pepsi. It was after my 6th grade basketball game as I was drinking Gatorade, and I’ve never been the same since.
I love this debate because being from a predominantly Coca-Cola loving circle, whenever my friends and I are on Syracuse campus, a Pepsi-sponsored campus, we all tear up a bit. Even some of the surrounding restaurants only sell Pepsi, which is never okay as a substitute for Coke. But nonetheless, it’s good, clean fun debating which is better, and I hope one day both companies do a joint campaign for peace as Burger King tried to do with McDonald’s.
