This course is over?

At the beginning of this course, I had 0 followers on Twitter, and now I have 28! and I had a Klout score of 0 and now I have a 24. I realized I gravitate toward tweeting about design, which happens to work quite well honestly. I think I tried a few times to be too funny, those tweets didn’t get much feedback. Hashtagging things that are relevant to your tweet and the trending tweets works well. and of course using rich media makes your tweet more interesting. I’ve learned a lot about how to search online using the boolean to get exactly what I want. I also have learned how to present myself more professionally online. I even have started following a lot of professionals on Instagram and searching things within the design field for inspiration, I even reached out to a firm on Instagram and we have a Facetime interview. I think this class has made me grow immensely on social media, considering I didn’t even have a twitter, and now I check it for the news and more.

In this post I was just sharing a link with media, and the caption was to make people click on it, to make them want to see the rest of the post.

This post was just sharing something about myself that I’m proud of, but then put a funny GIF

this was my viral challenge, which didn’t go as well as i had hoped. Yet, this is still in my top 3 tweets, so I guess it was ok. I cropped the meme so you couldn’t see all of it as you passed by and used a lot of hashtags.

This graph actually did a lot better than i was expecting, again talking about design, which is something I’m comfortable talking about and passionate about, I shared this interesting graph with a couple hashtags.

This is one of my personal favorite tweets, just because it’s a project I’m really proud of and I had just taken pictures of it. I enjoyed sharing this out to show people what I’ve been up to.

This is a hyperlapse video I posted the other day walking around campus, on a rarely beautiful day in Syracuse, using a few hashtags.

This one was using rich media that I produced myself, just made a funny drawing that is my sense of humor and posted it with some type on the image and it seemed to be well received.

This was using a funny GIF I found of a cat. I wonder if it would’ve gotten more liked if it was a dog..

This was reaching out to a restaurant back home and I think it would’ve gotten more likes if I used an image.

This is another tweet I liked, just cause it’s showing my work again. trying to reach out to the design community, I think i could’ve used better hashtags to target my audience.
