If there is one thing that everyone who watched the Coachella live stream can agree on it is how amazing Beyonce was. She is an icon of our times and a true representation of black culture in 2018. Luckily, most news sources reported on this; her pure talent and her celebration of black culture. As seen below, her sister supported her along with countless other artists and media outlets. They celebrated Beyonce, as she deserved.

Any caption we could think of wouldn't be worthy, so we're just going to post this picture of Beyoncé because she DID THAT last night. #Beychella pic.twitter.com/dXdO3DtvFF

Unfortunately, even though we are in 2018 and striving towards progress and the celebration of women; we are still in a time where online bullies can focus on negatives (seen below). Beyonce performed for nearly two hours and of those two hours she had multiple costume changes. With her last costume change she was having issues with her boobs. Beyonce handled this situation like a pro and this minor slip up was hardly noticeable, but cue the twitter sphere. People talked about it as the most impressive part of her performance; those people clearly didn’t pay attention to the rest.
Beyonce is NOT gonna let a boob pop out! Oh, hell naw!! #Beychella

One of the most impressive things about @Beyonce’s performance last night was that she pulled off a lot of that choreography with one hand in her boob to avoid a Janet Jackson #BEYCHELLA

I hope that by acknowledging these conflicts and the representation of women in media, there will be change. Beyonce killed it and nothing else should have mattered.
