This article is about the analytics and measurements of me using twitter in #NHsmc class from Januarary 20th to April 20th.
Part 1: Influence
Twitter follower growth (1/20-4/20)
I’m a newbie of Twitter, and I’m actually surprised by the engagement of Twitter. My followers increased from 30 to 60 through 3 months. From the analytics diagram below, it appears a stable trend of slow increase. Most of the new followers are from NHsmc class. The followers did increase few when we were doing viral challenge. However, other than regularly tweet in class by using hashtag #NHsmc, it actually didn’t bring too much effort to my account. Therefore, first, I need to re-consider the strategy I used on my viral challenge. Second, I need to continue to be active on Twitter while engaging more with other people.
Klout score change over 90 days
At the start of the class, my Klout score is only 17. After I became more active on Twitter due to NHsmc class, it has a trend of slow increase in regulation, which reflects the influence of activities is being strengthened gradually. However, the scores didn’t increase too much in three months. I need to be more active on Twitter other than only tweeting about NHsmc.

I received like and retweet from Erica Green herself, which surprised me a lot. I think this tweet received most engagement is because I engaged with a group of Newhouse students who participated in this speech. And we used the same hashtag #CommsLeaders as participation method.
