This weekend was the kick-off for this years Coachella Music Festival. Known for it’s abundance of flower crowns, celebrity sightings, and performances, the music festival has become the unofficial start to summer music festival season. In this first weekend of the festival, there have been tons of celebrity sightings from Katy Perry and Taylor Swift to the Jenner’s.

In addition, there’s been a ton of guest appearances on stage. Kanye hit the stage, Rihanna hit the stage, but most importantly was the return of Kesha.

As the festival has become more popular over the years, the amount of criticism has also increased, most poking fun at the overall culture of the festival.
