Tamagoyaki (rolled omelet) is normally used as a traditional Japanese-style breakfast. In Japan, the ingredients consists of eggs, salt and pepper and it is made by rolling together several layers of cooked eggs. But now, let’s break the rule to make it a fusion food by adding some American cheese. Wow, now Tamagoyaki is melty and milky but still keeps the flavor of the omelet. It will be best when pairing with bread for sure.
