Social Media is a “news source” for me, I use it as a way of staying up to date with information about friends, celebrities and what is happening around the world.
Social Media and Friends.
I use social media as a way to stay in touch with different people whose paths have crossed with mine over the years. Whether it is friends I have met in Syracuse, friends back in New Jersey, or random friends I’ve met through other friends.
Life is a journey and an often unpredictable one with crazy twist and turns that take people down different paths that they usually didn’t expect to go down. Chaotic lives make it hard to stay in touch with everyone, so I like to use Social Media as my “news source” as to what is going on with all the people I have met in my life.
The best part about living in London is the constant stream of #carbs you're forced to consume. Thanks for keeping me #fluffy, London!

Social Media and Celebrities.
I am a huge fan of pop culture and because of this I like to follow celebrities on social media. I am interested in what they are doing, what they are wearing, and their thoughts on certain things (Kinda creepy?? A little.) So I use social media as my inlet into their lives.

Social Media and News.
As much as I wish I was the type of person to pick up The Wall Street Journal everyday and read it while I sip my cup of coffee, I am not (I wish I would, so classy). So I turn to social media, usually what is trending on Facebook or what news outlets are tweeting to get my information for what is happening around the world.
