Emma- I really loved this topic and couldn’t agree more! Otto always makes an appearance around campus, and when he does people go crazy to take selfies, hug and just talk to him. It is definitely safe to say that the Syracuse University community views Otto as beloved and I do not foresee that changing anytime soon.
