When I first started using Twitter for Social Media Theory & Practice, I had 12 followers and a Klout score of 10. By the end of the course, I had 82 followers and a final Klout score of 44. I was able to jump the ranks on Twitter as an influencer through my following Top 10 tweets.

It was viewed 62 times and engaged with 4 times for a rate of 6.45%. Part of the success of this tweet was tagging @futureofmuseums because they engaged with it and so did @AAMers (the group Future of Museums is a part of).

Follow Friday was an assignment from our first class that got some good engagement, so I tried to use #FF a couple times through the semester. This tweet welcomes my friend to Twitter. It was viewed 113 times and engaged with 13 times, for a rate of 11.5%.

One of our in-class assignment was to create a Twitter poll. I took advantage of the Final Four buzz on campus for my poll. Most of the engagement came from my classmates. It was viewed 111 times and had 17 engagements with an overall engagement rate of 15.3%.
Conclusion
I was not surprised to see that my most engaging tweets were media tweets since Twitter counts the number of times a user clicks on an image as an engagement. What was surprising was the fact that most of these tweets were posted during the month of April. I think my success in April came from the fact that I began to use the class hashtag for things other than assignments and for things that I am passionate about.
I had a lot of fun with this course and learned so many new skills. Thanks for everything, Professor Grygiel and the students of Social Media Theory & Practice!
