The following are are a collection of tweets curated by women that either support or oppose the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh:

I am an avid women’s rights activist, but when it comes to politics, I am distant and consider myself independent. This subject is very touchy, but monumental in terms of American history and social justice. I found tweets that occurred from mid September to mid October using #Kavanaugh. Women who side with Kavanaugh argue that Kavanaugh is innocent until proven guilty. The supporting tweets also argue that the evidence presented against Kavanaugh was insufficient and Dr. Ford was slandering a republican to further her democratic agenda. Women who disdain Kavanaugh believe that this decision unrightfully gave privilege to a “bad” guy, making it harder for woman and victims to speak out about sexual assault. In conclusion, the debate over the confirmation of Kavanaugh divided Female tweeters.
