#LEMONADE

Ever since Beyoncé announced her upcoming world tour after her Super Bowl appearance, fans worldwide have been eagerly anticipating any announcements which might give a clue about the release of new music.

April 16th might prove to be the day we’ve been waiting for. Beyoncé released a promo for “Lemonade” a “world premiere event” to air on HBO on April 23rd

 

 

As expected fans got very excited as soon as news broke

 

 

Further thrilling the Beyhive, Beyoncé released a longer trailer the next day but offered no additional information on Lemonade’s actual content — although that doesn’t seem to be deterring fans’ excitement.

 

 

 

Since this announcement, conversation on #Lemonade has been heavily centered on the eagerness for Beyoncé’s latest venture. However, there are always a few people on the contrary. In this regard, those few have instead mentioned the refreshing drink and a rap song released several years ago.

  1. Beyoncé is known for her genius marketing skills, and her promo for Lemonade is no exception. I thought Reformation was her peaking point a couple of months ago… I believe the interest and obsession with Lemonade will far surpass that which Reformation ever achieved.

  2. I watched this the other day after I read all the hype about it on social media and it was incredible! This is a great publicity campaign for her new album Lemonade!

  3. The marketing around this was amazing. Beyonce is a celebrity who really understands the power of digital marketing! One short trailer and the social media world did the rest for her! So much conversation was driven around the hashtag that the use of lemon and bee emojis spiked lol
